Returns & Exchanges

Need to make a return?
Returns must meet the following criteria in order to be considered:

• items are unwashed and unworn with original tag attached and in resell-able condition.
• item must be returned within 14 days of original order.
• items must be accompanied by paper copy of original receipt.

All items listed at 50-80% off, or in SALE or CLEARANCE section cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale.

All gift cards, bodysuits, cosmetics, fragrances, jewelry, intimates (underwear and bras) and swimwear are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

All US orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 All refunds are subject to approval and must meet the requirements outlined in our return policy listed on our website. We reserve the right to deny a refund if it does not meet the conditions of our return policy. Shipping charges apply to all returns and are non-refundable.

Warranty Returns

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect waraoja to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
